Craig Clark
Craig Clark is Chief Information Security Officer at the University of East London, where he leads the institution's cyber security, information governance and resilience agenda. He has spent over two decades working at the intersection of cyber security, data protection and risk in the UK higher education sector, advising universities on how to defend themselves without grinding research, teaching and operations to a halt.
Craig is also Director of Clark & Company Information Governance Services, Principal Consultant at AHEP Consulting, and Chair of the IRMS Information Rights Group. He writes and speaks regularly on proportionate security, regulatory reform and the realities of protecting complex, federated institutions under pressure.
