With more than 15 years' experience in senior higher education leadership roles, she has led large-scale transformation programmes, organisational redesign, and digital modernisation initiatives across complex institutions. Karen's expertise includes academic governance, operating model development, student lifecycle management, and technology-enabled service transformation. She is passionate about how universities can redesign their operating models to improve sustainability, agility, efficiency, and the student experience in a rapidly changing higher education landscape.
